Photography to me is intensely personal and honest form of communication. Over the last five years I would like to think that my photography has improved. I think that my photography shown on this site will show the story of that growth, including what I thought was good, but the changing range of my interests, too. 

I currently reside on the far north side of Chicago, IL. Rather than be told what the rest of the City of Chicago is like, I insist on going to see it for myself. 

This site is my effort to share the photographs and the thoughts I have along the way.
